These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 10 Min Mailbox (the "Service") at https://10minmailbox.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

10 Min Mailbox provides free, temporary, disposable email addresses. Inboxes and the messages they receive are stored only briefly and are automatically deleted after approximately 10 minutes. The Service is provided for lawful, personal, low-stakes use such as avoiding spam on one-time sign-ups.

2. No accounts, no guarantees of delivery

No registration is required. Because addresses are disposable and randomly generated, we cannot guarantee that any particular address is exclusively yours, that any message will be received, or that any message will remain available beyond its short retention window. Do not rely on the Service for important, sensitive, or time-critical communications.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Engage in or facilitate any illegal activity, fraud, or abuse.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
• Register for services in violation of those services' terms.
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Send mail through the Service (it is receive-only) or use it to evade bans or laws.
• Collect or intercept other users' messages.

4. Privacy and non-confidentiality

Disposable inboxes are not private or secure. Because addresses can be regenerated and are not protected by passwords, you should assume that messages sent to a disposable address could be viewed by others. Never use the Service for confidential, financial, medical, or otherwise sensitive information. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising (Google AdSense). By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed, subject to your cookie choices described in our Cookie Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and code, is owned by 10 Min Mailbox or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10 Min Mailbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

9. Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
